I am located in Indiana and used the Mango Clinic to get me and my fiancé's dogs certified emotions support animal. The process was easy and we got our letters within a couple days. Our apartment complex did not accept the letters because the therapists who wrote our letters were not certified in Indiana (one was certified in Colorado and Florida). The reason I am giving Mango Clinic two stars is I have called multiple times about getting both of us a refund (we spent a total of 264) and I still haven't gotten it and it have been months. I also am giving them two stars due to the letters not working when they advertise and told me on the phone that these are real emotional support letters. If you need one it is easier to get a letter from a therapist in your area. Trust me. **Update** It has been a few weeks and after making this review I got a call (that I couldn't answer due to being a work) and an email that stated that I should be getting my refund. It is has been a few weeks and I still have NOT gotten a refund. I hope this review helps someone, do not get an ESA through these people and expect to get your money back with it doesn't work.

They are the most unprofessional people, in the world, DO NOT CALL THEM, IT'S A SCAM, they take your money and will not send your prescription to your pharmacy, I have been waiting already 2 months for my prescription and I am still ,waiting, THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM, the phone number directs you to A CALL CENTER IN THE PHILIPPINES, this is worse than malpractice, I ADVISE EVERYONE TO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THOSE SCAMMERS.

Please in the name of empathy to anyone who struggles with ADHD related symptoms DO NOT use this company to refill medications. I asked last Tuesday (It’s Monday of the following week) that they transfer a prescription to a different pharmacy because I was told the first pharmacy did not have my medication in stock. I was promised the process would be expedited as I had been without my medication for several days but that the process would normally take 2-3 days. I gave them until the tail end of a fourth business day and I was told by the pharmacist at the new pharmacy that they hadn’t received a prescription under my name. Totally unacceptable, no apology and no offer to refund me for my ten minute phone call with one of their doctors. No apology, no refund… just more promises that their team is “working on it.” Utterly ridiculous.
