Was trying to get a new prescription over the phone. Scheduled with medvidi. Was supposed to get a video call. Ended up getting a phone call that lasted less than 30 seconds where the first question i asked was can you fill this medicine, whre the doctor said no and we said well good day. Called medvidi to get my 195 deposit back becasue well nothing happenedd. After calling 6 times and being hung up on every time I reported this as fraud to my bank to handle. Beware of this fraud company. Edit. Me calling 6 times was the chance your company had to rectify the situation, but the representatives hung up on me litterally 6 times in a row.

Thankfully through Medvidi I am able to have access to proper mental health care easier. They have been a great help and there are no issues yet.

Wow never again. Wow never again! The provider was an hour late extremely rude and condensending. As a nurse I know my body and yes I know the consequences of taking meds. They make you feel like your an addict when you've been on this med for 12 years and never had an extra dose prescribed. $200 for 10 minutes never even listened to my story just went straight to titration.
