1. We have over 55 emails not counting phone calls between each other to show we had more than enough correspondence. 2. The black linen cards requested did not allow for the color grey requested and I had told you full color would have been better than black linen. For inconvenience of color change of grey to a different grey - I gave you a $300 credit. 3. I gave you a $300 credit which was applied prior to you writing this review which makes this untrue as I have receipt from credit card refund which has date and time. 4. I have been in the printing industry my entire life and know the business very well. 5. You even contacted me to replace a set of cards which YOU had the number incorrect according the emails and also you had approved the proofs. 6. Why would you order more cards the same way if you are so unhappy with the ones you are currently using. Based on this review it is considered slander and you should really state facts and only facts and not fiction as I have plenty of documentation to support this response. I hope you can find another printer which can meet your needs as no printer would have been able to make you happy.

I decided to use this company based on the on-line reviews and location. After dealing with the Owner directly for a period of 2 months I can say I would never recommend this company. In the beginning communication was good but dwindled as we got into the meat of design and selections of materials. Being promised to be able to do one thing, the owner not being able to deliver made a executive decision to do what they felt was best without consulting me the consumer. The end product was not worthy of the money that had been paid. I have to be the one who emailed to see if the samples had arrived or to find out if things were ready. Now that we have decided to go with what she did based on the fact that they finally admitted to not being able to do what they told us they could do at first, they will not respond to me about the credit they said we should be receiving for the different ink they decided to use that leaves the back of the business card with all the pertinent information illegible. If they would have been upfront and spoke with me to let me know that we need to make another selection or change it all together maybe we would be righting a whole different review. In the end I dont believe they know enough about the printing business.

A 24x36 print is $44.00 as it falls into large format printing. A 11x17 or even a 12x18 would have been .50 cents just for comparison. Sorry you are unhappy with the price.

Tried to explain my needs, and was interrupted twice to be told that they are not the same printing company that occupied that space previously (not really relevant), and that they only do printing ( no kidding). Just needed an ortho design, printed up on a poster 24x36, to create a stencil, nothing that challenging, and was quoted $44.00. I thought I would try this place, since I was passing anyway, basically for convenience. I'll be going to my usual print shop, and avoid this place like the plague from here on out.

Ive been going to classic print for the last 8 years.. they are fantastic!!! They are super friendly and have always delivered exactly what Iv envisioned for everyone of my projects from musical programs, wedding thank you cards and bridal shower invites they have delivered with perfection! I wouldnt use anyone else.. Tammy and the staff are Wonderful

I can not express how grateful I am to Tammy and Jessie for all they have done for my family and I during our time of need. We were in a despite situation and needed a miracle, all other print shops laughed at our rush order request, but not classic print. They went above and beyond and are hands down the best graphic designers in Marion County.
