Inmotionhosting DNS failures happening too often. Site going down time and again. Their managers Marcus acknowledges incident and then disappears when asked for root cause. This is a scam company off lates with pathetic support.. long waits on phone and chat support literally non existent after 9 PM EST.

Horrible service and horrible communication from their legal team. They will suspend your website for a bogus DMCA claim, then force to take it down, and still keep your website suspended. Essentially anyone can abuse this process and they don't seem to care. My website still remains down from a bogus DMCA takedown.

Unreliable, lost two days of data. Server went down, no backup on the servers(old backup). They don't have idea what is lost or not. Offered a week hosting refund.. Unsafe to have a webstore. Never had this problem with greengeeks, namecheap or godaddy. So far, lost database, plugins, pages and site config.
