Nobody awnser the phone..I have problems when I buy a car for this dealer san rafael ca BMW. And one of the manager was rude with me. I will talk to the general manager about this problem.
Great service, very friendly staff. I was scheduled for oil change at 7:15AM and Jacqui (my service consultant) texted me at 7AM with courtesy reminding. She also helped me with questions about choosing right parts. As usually all services was made on time. Happy to be part of BMW of San Rafael.
Two words: Artem Manusov. If you're looking for an exceptional BMW buying experience, go to BMW San Rafael and ask for Artem. For example, BMW would only sell me a Carbon grille replacement when I was looking for black. Artem took it upon himself to find me a few OEM options, and even installed it himself when I came to pick up the vehicle. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Artem.
Hot mess from making the reservation all the way to end of the day pickup process. The only good experience I had was with the lovely young man who greeted me when I dropped my car off and the guy who picked up the dropped ball and gave me my paperwork at the end of the day.
