TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE> Places an order for 150 hats. 7 days no call no info. When I call to see where my order is, She blames it on Richardson hats. GO ELSEWHERE.
Hours on website are not correct. We went in on a Friday around 7pm and they were closed. Turns out they close at 6pm Monday-Friday. Then when we went back on Monday to reorder jerseys(they told us back in the spring that they kept everything on file for reorders), they told us that the people that worked there in the spring had left the company so they no longer had our team jersey styles on file. So then we had to have coach take pictures of Jersey and email it to Blackout. Now its a waiting game to see when we can get our jerseys for Fall Ball season. Fall ball season is only 6 weeks long so hopefully they dont take forever.
