Mark, I tried to reach out to you by phone but the number we have in our system does not work anymore. I apologize that it took me a while to get you the answer you needed. Here is what took place. You came in asking if we could install struts that you purchased from the dealer with your electronic suspension on your Chrysler 300. I did not have the answer for this and had to check with my installer to see if we could even do it because of the electronic suspension. The other owner knew I went upstairs to check on this, that is why he did not ask you if you needed any help. My installer was not sure, so I was trying to pull up some info online to see if I could figure it out with my installer. While this was going on, he was also working on a vehicle and needed my immediate help so something did not fall on him. Thankfully, nothing bad happened but this process took a little bit to sort out. I came back downstairs to give you the information but you were gone. I understand it took more time than you anticipated, but I think a 1 star review is a little harsh not knowing the circumstances. I was 100% working on your situation until I had to help my installer so he would not get hurt. You could have simply mentioned to the other owner that you did not have time to wait and maybe leave a phone number so I could have called you back with the answer. Again, I apologize for taking longer that you anticipated, but I do believe the circumstances are justified. If you decide to leave this 1 star review, then I hope everyone that reads this will see that not all 1 star reviews tell the whole story.

Ive had my tires balanced at this shop before and noticed some scatches on my wheels but that comes with aftermarket wheels and tires but my problem is the customer service, Came in to see if they could install some front struts for me I understand if you busy and cant do it cool but I guess he was the owner told me hed be right back, I waited for 15mins nobody else that worked in the shop never asked me did I need help with anything or was I waiting on someone. I know QT will always do work for people and youve been in business for 30yrs but you never know who that one person that comes in your establishment might be,first impression is a major factor in doing business.
