Would never again buy parts from here! I have been to almost all Audi parts and this is hands down the worst experience. All other Audi employees are so nice and respectful except the one in Brooklyn!

You know when you think of the brand Audi, you think of high quality, efficient, and reliable. However, the people representing your brand are flat out horrible. The lack of service is just awful over at Audi Brooklyn service and parts. You overpay for basic maintenance, the wait times are ridiculous, and the staff walks around looking miserable. Great product, nonetheless people representing your brand are terrible. Famous saying "When the fish stinks its start from the head"! Audis are awesome, but stay of away from the dealership and the service department of Audi. Don't say I didn't warn, you will be disappointed!
