My first time.... The food and service was okay. I ordered the oxtails and I was very disappointed. It was all noodles and gravy no Oxtail. The duck was raw. The macaroni cheese was okay.
Absolutely excellent service! Attentive, kind, personable. One of the partners found a table for 6, without a reservation I might add, and we were drop ins! The ambiance is beautiful, the salmon dinner the best I've every had...that is saying a lot since I love salmon and eat it as frequently as possible. The others had filet mignon served in a caste iron skillet. One steak was overcooked, the waitress removed it from the table & returned quickly with another steak dinner that was perfect. The only down side was the challenge to get to the restaurant! This was not the location of the restaurant being a problem but that the City of Phoenix has so many roads torn up. Yes, you read that correctly roads with an "S". Would I return? Most definitely. This is a dinner house & not a place to go frequently but perfect for that special occasion. What a treasure.
Service was good. Food was excellent. Upscale all around which includes prices. Seating was super close and so it made it difficult to get in or out of my chair. Great ambiance but not sure I’ll return. Not a lot of food options I Ike (yes I’m picky!) and while the vibe was upscale along with prices , the patrons and even some servers were awfully laid back and casual so not sure I’d necessarily return… as pictured, the lobster ragú entree really was perfection
Cool ambiance, but food was lacking. Gnocchi was dry and cocktails (old fashioned, IG) were not very good. Meatballs and strawberry honey ricotta were the highlights. We ordered meatball, Caesar salad, halibut, salmon, ragu.
