I have not done any business with this company, however did receive a cold-call from a gentleman who was quite insistant, and rudely demanding the owner, which I am. After multiple times saying we were not interested in a polite manner, instead of saying ok thanks, he continued. I understand the cold call business. However, good business practice is to thank your lead and say have a nice day, instead of hanging up directly while they are speaking. If I were to ever consider your services, rest assured I will not be using them now.
