Our company was looking to get about 500 shirts printed. As a local business owner myself, I believe in supporting my local St Pete/Tampa Bay businesses as well. When I walked into Big Fish Co, I was "greeted" by a woman who later gave me her business card named Carrie Renner. RUDE RUDE RUDE. From the moment I walked in the door, she acted as if I was interrupting her. Its not like I was asking her to solve quadratic equations. I asked her "What styles do you carry?" Her response "What do you mean?" Me: "Can you show me some styles?" Her response: "look by that blue one" Me: "What is the turn around time?" Her response: "It depends on what you want" I went to show her what I wanted, and she replies "I dont need to see anything. Just tell me if you want colors. Price is based on colors. And if you want a colored shirt, it costs more" I'm going to order 500 shirts, I think I'm aware of costs. Carrie was rude, condescending, and has absolutely NO customer service! Good news travels slowly, and bad news travels like wild fire! I completely believe in shopping local, and supporting our local businesses. And I absolutely will - to any other local vendor. I will never step foot in your establishment again, and I will be advise anyone else to save the drive, and skip this place as well.

Customer Service is not there!! The front desk lady, seemed to be extremely annoyed that i was asking questions about an order that would cost more than $1,000. I was being very thorough with what I wanted to purchase and wanted to make sure they were going to cable of completing the order. Once she gave me ridiculous prices she proceeded to complain and tell me that they couldn't do anything with my order until I sent them my logo in vector form. I sent it to them the following day and haven't heard back from them. It's been a week. I went to BIG T and they're prices were lower and they're customer service was AMAZING!!!!!!

This is the Owner of T.I.T.A.N Trainers I have used big fish for the first time and I had the best experience with them. They were very efficient and prompt to me needs. I would recommend Big Fish Co.

Me and my brother went here to get some Tshirts made but before we could get in the door she was asking what we wanted like she was in a rush when I tried to explain I needed graphics she said that didn't tell her much as I was trying to pull up my images she then told me her machine was broke so go to big frog but beware of their Tshirts...overall I found this lady to be very rude and unprofessional and ended up getting great service at big frog on central Avenue.
