Recently bought a usb drive to activate software but no 25 digit code to activate so making software useless also there is nothing on the drive
I have searched for your name and have been unable to find any orders placed, i have also checked our system and we do not have any orders pending shipment or on hold. The only orders we have pending shipment are pre-orders for Christmas sacks. Phones are always answered, sometimes you may have to wait as we can have multiple calls at one time. I have also checked our ticket system and there is no pending emails which have not been dealt with already. Sometimes we can oversell on items, this can happen for a number of reasons, but never do we hold funds for weeks if something is not in-stock. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this had to be said. They almost never answer phone calls or emails. Hold your money, don't contact you until weeks later and then say stuff is out of stock. I'm a patient man but this is one of the worst companies I've dealt with in 30 years of doing business and it's upset enough of my customers to let me know I should never use them again.
Well the heat press i bought yesterday from sublinanks is ACE the best heat press I've owned, i received fantastic customer services, i received a phone when it is was ready to collect within 1 hour of ordering, i was helped with door when leaving, you cant get better customer service, this is my honest review, i was influenced from watching rerestore & home print on YouTube who gave great reviews on their heat presses, 10 out 10
Purchased a big kit. Issues with heat press and license key for programme not sent out. Phoned 64 times in 3 days, along with sending 20+ emails and only responding when I informed them that I would be making a complaint! Customer service is awful! I was ensured that the license key for a programme was sent, I am yet to receive it. I would not be ordering anything for subliblanks again as I am disgusted at the service I have had! Try MDP Supplies or an alternative company, phone up before you order too!
