On Sony TVs, there's a built-in guide which access the internet to show what's airing. Many cities have had channels switch frequency due to FCC changes. After a full channel rescan, channels show up and operate, but the guide, provided by Gracenote, shows "No Program Information" for most channels after the frequency switches. This is an issue in Gracenote they need to update their coding to lookup the new frequencies instead of the old. Many have contacted the company about this and they conveniently blame the TV manufacturer. It is not Sony's fault. The issue resides on Gracenote's end.
