The staff IS very helpful and friendly, and they are everywhere trying to help. The LACK OF INVENTORY been a problem for us many times over the years. 50% of the time, the store does not have what I need: sold out, not in the size, I need, not in the model I need, etc. They also close early. It's a nice, old-school store that may or may not have what you came for.
