Mr. Strauss was not involved in the ordering process. The order for Mr. Strauss was in fact completed. Throughout the process I had full communication with his employees. Each and every item was delivered. Prior to production, all designs and proofs were signed off on. They ordered incorrect sizes on items that were customized and expected my company to pay for their mistakes. Throughout the process, I was in full communication with the employees. They were both satified with my services and will continue to work with me outside of LA Performing Arts.

Horrible to work with. As a small business owner in San Antonio I always try to use fellow local businesses for my needs however, this place somehow forgot that customer satisfaction is what matters. The entire process of ordering was a disaster and instead of working with us to ensure that we are satisfied with their products they place blame on the us, the customer. We received the products and they did not meet expectations and when we wanted to resolve and correct the issue with the products the response from M5X was surprisingly difficult and they refuse to fix, we even received incorrect items and we were essentially called liars and now we are stuck with uniforms that we will have to pay another business to fix (so my customers will be happy with the products because thats what good businesses do). Our mistake for investing a few thousand dollars in a local business. Will never use them again and its unfortunate that they just lost a potential long term local business relationship because they are not willing to ensure we are happy with their product and work. I do hope that the school districts rethink identifying M5X as an approved vendor as claimed on the M5X site. *UPDATE* So shortly after the review was posted a rep from M5X came to my business and made sure we knew that the bridge was burned and to tell us that no mistake was made by M5X (still have the issues with the order). So again, customer service...kind of important. The bridge was burned by M5X long before the review. Way to resolve an issue and build business! Another update (since I guess its time to get technical) So was involved in the order process and we ordered around 100 items (majority of which were custom) There are only 4 custom items (jackets) that we have an issue with the size. The rest of the size issues are standard items that were not customized or altered in any way and should be easy to exchange (less than ten pairs of standard pants). (And yes we have one custom shirt and one pair of non-custom pants that doesnt match our initial order). May want to check their size charts. My jacket was huge on me and Ive been the same size for decades (oh and not part of the 4 items that we would like resolved btw). Also, may want to have sample sizes so customers can see your definition of Youth Medium. Wasnt asking this company to pay for anything. Just want our customers to be happy with their products. Again, pretty shocked with this companys response to our issue.

I have worked with M5X Designs for several years now not only on a personal level with my own clothes, but on a large scale providing many types of apparel for one of our local high schools and middle schools. Not only is the quality of the job top notch, the customer service is amazing and personal. Not one item is made without complete approval. Items are usually finished before the given date. M5X has NEVER let us down on quality or customer service, and we recommend this company to anyone who asks for a great local printing/embroidery company!

Melissa does great work and I wouldnt use any other company for my apparel. She does her own design work which is awesome and authentic! All of my orders were completed on time and exceeded my expectations. Shell send you a preview of the design and layout before she starts on your order. Definitely using M5X for all the winter gear (hoodies, sweatpants, and beanies) I want for my company!
