Wasn't hospitable at all. Had to ask for a seat. No display of the windows I needed,only a black and white printout after asking a couple of times. Still haven't received a call back yet after a couple of weeks. Went to home depot,they ordered in one day. The customer with me felt the same way,and mentioned it to me before I said a word.

We had issues ordering a window, the Manager/owner John and our sales person Michael went out to measure it, they measured it completely wrong and cost us $350 to fix their measuring issues and time of labor. When calling John he refuses to own up to his error and help us cover the cost of his mistake along with our sales rep Michael Farr. We are done with this company . Be careful before trusting them to measure anything for you.
