Help was fair to below average.. Malia I've worked with in the past was there 20+ years the new helpers didn't have a clue for items... I needed insoles for my boots and side shields for my glasses.. Not friendly and they weren't sure about my product! Won't go back!

Poor customer service, Elder lady in the back was extremely rude with an attitude and she quickly snagged my boots up when I told her I was going to keep looking. I asked her a question and she said "if I looked then I would have known"

Don't buy a pair of boots there. They do not stand behind the product they sell. To be a return they said, boots have to be sent beck to the manufacturer and checked for defects. And if no defects are seen they are sent back and you have to pick them back up. All I wanted to do was return a pair of boots the insoles kept slipping down and extremely uncomfortable. A 200 dollar pair of boots. Just wanted to return and purchase a different pair from them of course. Now I will be throwing those boots in the trash and taking my business elsewhere.
