Is there an option for zero stars? I saw an apartment for rent on a Monday. I tried to schedule a showing through their website but there was no option to book a showing. I tried calling 4 times on 4 different days, left messages, no call back. Magically, the option to book a showing appeared on their website after the weekend. I booked it. Still no call back. Two days later, the day of the showing, an hour prior to the showing, Lindsey texted me to let me know she had an emergency and asked to reschedule the showing to the following day, same time. Okay, life happens. No offer for a later same day showing was extended. Lindsey texted me the next day, 2 hours prior to the showing, to let me know my showing was canceled because the apartment had been rented out the night prior. The whole series of events is odd and disappointing to say the least. The only explanation that makes sense is nepotism. I digress, I will not rent or do business with any property managed by Venture. I'll tell friends and family to do the same after this experience.

I absolutely love this townhome and it doesnt even feel like a side by side. Jenny is amazing and is always there to answer my questions and address my concerns if and when I have any. James the maintenance guy is very professional and one of the best that I have dealt with. He knows what he is doing and is also very friendly and very punctual. Thank you for making this a great experience so far and always being pleasant.

We recently had a maintenance issue after hours. I had called and Jenny answered immediately and took care of our concerns right away. She offered help and was very professional even after hours. She is awesome and actually cares about tenants. Maintenance (James) is also great. He is professional and knows what he is doing. No matter what the issue he always fixes it in a timely manner and gets it done right the first time. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to live. Thank you.
