I've ordered with them 3 times, and won't be using them anymore. My first order went well, I liked supporting a local business. The second order I gave plenty of head's up, days, about when I needed to pick up my order. I checked in and confirmed the day of. When I got there, they weren't ready. The owner was nice enough to recognize his mistake and drop the shirts off at my house later, but it should have never come to that. 3rd, and last order - a repeat order of the first, but for some reason the price jumped up $15? I confronted them and they reduced the price (6 months between orders). Again, I called ahead of the pickup - the order was placed on a Wednesday, pick up Friday. I was reassured they would be ready. I got there 20 minutes after I said I'd pick them up and they had not yet even started printing a very simple order. I will not continue using them.

Weve dealt with 1 Hr T-Shirts on a couple of occasions. First time we were brushed off for a couple of days and wasted a good amount of gas to come pick up the shirts upon their request, just to find out that they were far from being completed. The second time was the breaking point however, when we had given them a week to complete the shirts prior to our tracking session. Unfortunately the day they were supposed to be ready we were told they havent had the time to start the order. We wanted it to work out but the unprofessional mannerisms were too extreme this time. Take this review with a grain of salt however, I dont know if your experience may differ from ours but we had to put out a warning if youre going to use their services.
