I went for a retwist...had a consult prior to services made sure I got total that would be due after the deposit. Got to my appointment on time..the loctician that services me did a very poor job. It looked like I had my locs for 2 weeks. When it was time to pay the amount was different from what I was told at consultation and to find out they had me confused with another person so therefore the person that did my head was really not who I should have had in the first place...Very dissatisfied will not be going back

If I could give a 0 star!!!! Whom ever answer the phone needs to be fired! I asked how much it cost to get microlocs! The lady was rude! And not professional! I literally just called! to get price. Will not be going here!

Should be called "THE WOLF DEN"!they scammed me out of 200$ and canceled my appointment!I'm sure they give the Best customer service to their friends and family
