Rude and unprofessional. If they didnt want to did the job they could have just said it but they went out of the way to be jerks and make me feel stupid.
RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE & NOT PROFESSIONAL. I called asking how I could get into the entrance because I was in the front. I was disregarded and asked what do you want I explained what I needed done and then was asked if I had the item of clothing because they dont provide it. I said yes I have my own then I was told well we dont take customer provided goods so I cant help you and he hung up on me.
I've been a customer of Fresh Ink's for years and they've consistently provided awesome products for our dancing school. We order our uniforms every year and also frequently order additional apparel for special events. Dave and his staff are super easy to work with and very accommodating!
Rude and unprofessional I called this store at 9 in the morning and asked if they can print a custom T shirt by Friday on a priority request, and I was refused saying "They are fully booked". I totally respected that and hung up the phone. Later I posted a question on Facebook asking for suggestions on other places and I was suggested Fresh Ink by a couple of guys - so, I asked for another place since they already told me they're not available and mentioned it in my post.. Since I was in real need of this custom T-Shirt, I thought I will give it one more try and decided to personally visit and request them to see if they can accommodate my request. I spoke to the owner and I got the craziest rudest response. He was mad at me because "I asked for someone else on Facebook saying they are were unavailable for my request". One you dont have bandwidth to accommodate more work (and thats fine) and then you act like a jerk because you are offended because I'm looking for other recommendations- ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? you don't shout at a customer because they asked for other suggestions!! Now, I am not a business man, but I know Customer Service is one of the key aspect of it and I am sure you learn that in business 101. Today, you didnt lose a T-Shirt order from a customer, you lost multiple orders from 154 customers who were willing to get their entire sports dress printed for 11 teams. Such attitudes and ego like a 3 years old can only take you so far along, just saying!
