I work for a local county government agency and I was referred to this company by several other agencies who expressed this vendor has great customer service and provided orders in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I placed my order on Jan 13, 2017 and today as of March 2, 2017 I still have not received my order which we paid in full. The other issue is that Ahmed with Casablanca would not return my calls or my my emails. I called from my cell an unknown number to Ahmed and he called back not knowing it was me. When I explained who I was, he gave me an excuse and his word that I will have my order. He also sent me a UPS tracking number which turn out to be a label that was generated. I understand that things happen in business and don't always go as planned, but when you are giving the opportunity to make corrections take advantage and make it right. I am not happy with Casablanca and do not recommend this company. Next year when placing our uniform order, I will not use this vendor.
This place is horrible. Went I went there, it was messy with this guy named Ed's Wendys on the floor. I dropped off the shirts for a screen printing job and he said it will take up to 2 weeks at most; other screen printers I have been to take up to a week at most. A week later, I called several times every other day to see the progress of the shirts, and he did not pick up nor call back. I finally went back to the shop after 16 days and Ed says he did not even start on it. I took back the shirts and got a refund. It was a complete waste of my time.
I have used Casablanca for multiple orders and great service everytime! I tried other companies, but definitely best price and quickest turn around so far.

Just to clarify few things here, the order pick up table was designed to minimize the risk of contracting any viruses during the pandemic. It's safer for customers to pick up their orders once they're complete without having to enter the office. In regards to your order, we did text you about the pick up date in which your order was ready for you, but you never showed up. You waited a whole week after the pick up date just to request a refund instead of inquiring about the order if it was ready. Your order was missing the embroidery initially, something that we admit was a lack of oversight on our end. We did offer you an extra shirt valued at $25 as an apology for our mistake. You accepted the shirt and you were okay with waiting to get the shirts embroidered. We strive to maintain a good reputation and to make every customer a happy customer, which is reflected on all the previous reviews here and on our website. It's not a habit for us to debate a customer with a bad review, but we are obligated to correct any misinformation when necessary. Again, we thank you for your review and we apologize about your experience, but we just want to set the facts straight so that any prospect willing to do business with us understands exactly what happened during your first experience doing business with us. Very poor first experience. I requested 10 shirts and I waited 4 weeks for the shirts. When they were ready no one was there to give me the shirts. They were left outside the business office in a hallway. The shirts were made wrong and the owner does not give refunds. Very poor service. Would not recommend.
