Ignacio took my samples and started dodging my calls. Very unprofessional and didn't return on his word. Update still dodging my calls. Never rectified our issue. Dont use his company.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WORK WITH PROMOGATOR. Extremely unprofessional work ethic and response times as well; I have been guaranteed many things from Ignacio, the owner, and he fails to hold any of his promises. I have asked several times for our tracking numbers and also asked him to confirm that our product would be done by a certain date, but unfortunately he lies ALOT about where the product is and if it is or isn't complete. When I finally get ahold of him, he acts as though nothing is wrong and when I ask for a 4th time for my tracking number on product that was promised and paid for, he sends a blurry photo of a box tag through UPS. After I have to enter the numbers myself and try and read it, the shipment information says that it'll be later than promised. I have only received half my order and he failed to send samples of all the products we wanted as well, he is the furthest thing from a professional. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

One of my first mistakes in business. I had my entire inventory of tshirts neck labeled here and didnt check their work or verify my shirt count before I left and left a large bag of shirts there. Ive tried more times than I can remember over the last few months to try and get a hold of the guy so I can pick up my shirts but he answers the first call and ignores the rest. The worst part is the quality. About half of the neck labels are completely and unmistakably crooked. A good percentage cant be read because he used light ink on a light garment. Not to mention some of them washed out! I wasnt even going to leave a review because its partly my fault for not checking when I picked up but now that I cant get my shirts from the guy my only option is to warn others about what they are getting into.
