Changed my review from 5 to 1 star. All good at the point of sale. Afterwards they just don't care. The horn stopped working and I had purchased a warranty. The service centre was making excuses even before they checked it. They did not fix it. Had to take it to a different garage while still under warranty. No reply to emails. Will never go back here again.

I have had Renault vans for many years now and have recently bought a Kangoo from John Banks I found them very good on explaining the options I had and kept me informed about delivery the after sales was also very good. Hi Mr Diemer, the advert was auto fed to autotrader and was an error, we did mention this to you straight away. Our prices are currently correct and we do not enter false prices online. We did however apologize for the inconvenience and explained and showed you the Manufactures retail price within the brochure the vehicle was to be, we also included FOC items which amounted to the difference which you were happy to accept and proceeded with the deal and have since collected the car. If you are not happy, we are willing to offer you a 100% refund for your vehicle so you can purchase something else.

I went to the dealership to buy a car advertised at 9940, they said I have to pay 10395 if I wanted it. They blamed Autotrader, then 2 weeks later they told me it was the manufacturer that set the price on the advert. Either way they know about the false prices and yet they let it continue. When the adverts are correctly priced I can remove this review, until then I need to warn others.
