I'm really disappointed about my experience with Screen Graphics, I wanted to keep my business in town and shop local versus an online company, and now I regret that decision. I was told my order would be ready in 2 weeks, and I agreed, our company had an event 2.5 weeks after the day I put my order in so I believed I had plenty if time, well i ended up getting my product 3 weeks after, they were ZERO apologetic about the fact they were super late. I was told to go in to get my order one day so I went, instead of apologizing my order hasn't there yet the lady had more like "an attitude". I specifically sent them an email with 2 different logos for the 2 items I order and I guess nobody paid attention to it because both items came out with the same logo, but I'm so tired of going back and forth, I am just going to keep it that way. Never going back, I have a product I'm not happy with, I didn't have on time for the event I needed it and it was a headache.
The owner of this company (Bob) is very disrespectful to his customers. He called me and proceeded to raise his voice, insinuate that I was dumb, and also got mad at me for wanting to have 1 hoodie done at first so that I could make sure that this is exactly what I wanted. To say he was just disrespectful is an understatement. I even gave him a second chance and went in to talk to him about the phone conversation that we had, and he got flustered and angry once again. He cuts people off mid-conversation and will never admit to wrongdoing. Hes simply just a mean person. Weve worked with this place many times, but it seems as though that the company is just going downhill. There facility is quite old, VERY DIRTY (the owners office is filled with trash and papers everywhere), and they arent up-to-date on services that are offered at similar embroidery/screen printing shops in the area. If youre wanting a quick and easy place to work with I highly recommend Country Cottons in Rigby or Kettle Embroidery in Rexburg. There pricing is the same, if not cheaper, and they will make sure that your order is done correctly and efficiently. Please let this be a lesson to you save your time and just take your money elsewhere! Youll get MUCH better service, and a bang for your buck at a different place. I promise.
