Terrible Customer Service. Brendan, the Head Honcho was quiet rude. "They choose who they want to do business with" and apparently asking a question in regards to pricing seemed to set his temper off and decline our order. Learn how to treat people. If you're not willing to provide a service to everyone, don't provide it at all.

Contacted them with some questions about printing - the worst response from a business - unprofessional and rude - they told me to find another screen printer when all I did was what ink colours were available????? I didn't even get to the stage of ordering.

Brendon the head honcho called me a rude fat c..t as seen in photos as i questioned his product and service before Xmas. Yesterday i decided try him again with different product. To give him 2nd chance. He never refunded my first lot, but was happy to write it off and start again. I questioned what sort of a manager just says send them back without providing details for a return..You have been warned. Im sure hes happy if you are happy..dont question product or service though..he will call you names.
