Lots of work-place activities & hobby groups & even a dedicated studio w/several weekly exercise classes & approved "nap" room w/couch, blanket, pillows & ear plugs. Extremely particular about the wording of the msgs taken, its probable you may have to unlearn a few things picked up in call centers to be aligned with policies here. Pay is the typical low wage but full benefits offered. Huge full kitchen with lots of treats given out often. Located in same directly next door to a Safeway supermarket.

I work for a company who uses the Ruby service. I am writing to send a shoutout and a thank you to Kalvin Martinez, one of Ruby's Problem Solver & Happiness Makers. Kalvin went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue with a temporary Skype phone service I had gotten while working in a remote area without cell phone service. Kalvin worked with me until the issue was resolved, it was not an easy issue to figure out, but he didn't give up,! I so appreciate him for the work he did, it made it so that I could work remotely and did not have to cut my trip short. Thank you Kalvin, you saved the day for me!
I interviewed via telephone. They scheduled me for an in-house meeting 3 weeks later. I thought I was already hired and going in to begin the 2 week training. They made me wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Grueling. Not cool Ruby.
