Work is good....dropped off in October 17...was not ready until November 29...had to call to get updates...finally ready...will not use again and I am sure they do not care
Kim, I'm sorry you feel this way. It seems that there may have been some sort of a miscommunication or misunderstanding here. The garments you wanted to order were all out of stock from our supplier and there was no way for us to get your blank garments. We hope you were able to find someone else that could fulfill your request in the time frame you needed.

I am totally not pleased with the customer service in my attempts to make an order. Matt was very unprofessional and basically told me they could not satisfy my request and I should just go somewhere else. He knew over a week ago that I needed the order in 7 days and waited a week to respond to me. I wonder if his employer knows how he treats customers.
