Extremely high, $85 for a regular eye exam. Very unprofessional over the phone laughing and having a boisterous conversation when she picked up before she even spoke directly to me.

Absolutely rude when I called to see if they had any appointments available for this week. I understand the person could have been having a bad morning, but there's no need for being extremely rude.

What a wonderful little optical place! I went here because they accept VSP. From reading the online reviews before going, I was a little hesitant. However, I found just the opposite. The receptionist, so rudely described below was a complete delight. I was seen quickly, given a correct prescription and found a stylish and affordable pair of glasses. The entire time I was treated with the highest professionalism and friendliness. This place is wonderful.

As a newcomer to Waco, I made the mistake of coming here when my glasses broke. The person who answered my call was abrupt, but I didn't think too much of it. When I arrived for my appointment, I was not properly greeted. The women at the front told me to fill out some paperwork, and clearly didn't appreciate my arrival interrupting their conversation. I recieved the same treatment when I returned the form. There was an insurance mix-up, and Deborah became increasingly rude as our converstation progressed--both to me and to the HR person from my husband's company who was trying to resolve the issue. I was willing to put up with quite a lot to get the glasses I needed to continue normal life, but I couldn't accept such treatment. I have an appointment with a different office, and will never go to theirs again. If you expect to be treated with common courtesy and as a valuable customer, do not go to this establishment. I can't imagine how they stay in business.
