Only one thing I like about them is they used real person to answer your call. But can they help you... will see your luck who answer your call. if your call require follow up... you can forget about it. I asked from some paper work for my refill and doctor few times, and they never email me. And the med always come late. You never can get with NOVO Nordisk. So you can get them to send your doctor the refill form, then med will never come on time. So I canceled the service and now I can't get my med for the 6 months I have prepaid. So I have lost few hundred $. Now I use where else that is much cheaper...

If u have a problem paying for your medication this is the place for u it was so good i thought it wasnt true i went from paying $900 a month to only $40 these people saved me money and possibly my life some months i had to go without it was either food or meds thank you rx advocates

Our insurance plan changed at the beginning of 2019 and I faced having to pay $500 a month for my Humalog insulin. I called RX Advocates and they were able to work on my behalf to secure this insulin without any payment to Eli Lilly. A huge burden has been lifted off of shoulders because of what RX Advocates has done on my behalf. Thank you so much!
