Staff with bad attitude, abruptness and plain rude. Would go elsewhere if I could but quite local for specialist parts Tried to phone them numerous times (8 times in total I tried) to see if they stocked a specialist part before making a 4 hour round trip the other Saturday but not once did they answer the phone. How not to run a business!

Parts are not very good quality which is ok because the mini isn't a precise masterpiece, the customer service and salesmen's lack of knowledge let the place down. Frustrating to receive order after waiting nearly two weeks to find they haven't delivered what I asked for. Hopefully I will not have to use again
