Took the metro to eat here and the doors which faced the street we're locked still at 10am. We had reservations and was a bit confused about why the seemingly front/ street entrance was not open. We could see the staff inside which did not assist us or give us directions to go in from their other entrance. You must enter through the lobby of the W. I think a sign at the street entrance would have been helpful because we felt a bit lost and almost decided to go elsewhere. For the price the food is rather average nothing real special for an eggs benedict or breakfast hash. It was about $15 each and there wasn't that much food. It is like having breakfast at a fancy restaurant with tiny jars of jam and honey but overall nothing really exceptional that makes them stand out. Food was not bad but it was not amazing either. Just average. Our server was friendly but overall I feel like I could find something more authentic.
Service was INCREDIBLE. For a party of six with two appetizers, six entrees, three mixed drinks, and three desserts, it was about $90 per person (including the 20% gratuity that's automatically added to your bill). Food was excellent. Highly recommend the fresh catch and the steak dishes. Great spot to have dinner before your show at the Pantages!
