The activities are in abundance for kids to participate in. The creation of this place is so great. It has rollerakating, a bull ride, bolleyball, base ball, basketball, hooverboard, a trampoline jump station,etc., and a few more activiitesy kids didn't explore. So initially, with all these features, I would have given this place 4 stars. However, horrible customer service will ruin a business and hence this establishment recives 2 stars. Honestly, the manager has little to no business etiquette. The manager's lack of listening and communication skills are evident. This location just needs improved management and it would be a 5 star location.

Although I was there for my grandson 24 birthday celebration, I enjoyed it. I will be going back so I can get the full experience.

Nice facility, but way too expensive for a family. They literally charged full price for a 2 year old to bowl. Staff was slower than molasses. I wont return.
