Stay away, this place disregards the notion that customer is always right. I was unsure of an item at the time of purchase and explicitly asked about the return policy, to then return a week later and have the nasty owner tell me to get lost. Youre better off playing it safe and heading to your local Home Depot. As a business owner and having lived in New York all my life and have never dealt with a more difficult store owner.

A treasure for the hood which has lost many stores. Folks are helpful and friendly. Best: they carry everything a local hardware store should carry.

Be aware! This is a chain, "Sealed Package," hardware store. In so, it is convenient but very expensive. It is to "Hardware" what a "New York Korean Deli" is to a supermarket! Be prepared to pay very inflated prices on everything. (But they are nice, helpful people non the less.)
