We are working with Starr Homes on a design-build project. We have just finished the "design" part and will soon be starting the build. Starr Homes (and particularly Gerry and Bob) have been fantastic throughout the design process. They have been patient with us in our decision-making process and eager to work through small details to make sure our plan is perfect before we start building. They have been fantastic to work with.

We are second owners of a Starr home. The home is very beautiful. But, there were some things that were left unfinished. For example, there was a design flaw in the stonework outside that was letting rainwater seep in. It took the team a while to come out and fix the problem. They are not as quick to fix problems as they are to build new homes.
