As an early stage oil and gas tech start-up we hired Ms. Khan to draft a shareholder agreement that co-founders and early employers can sign. Ms. Khan exceeded our expectation with a well-crafted and airtight document that addresses even potential shareholder problems that may arise any time in a life of a start-up. For example, she has put in place articles that do not allow unrestricted transfer of shares to spouses of shareholder (which is a real problem in the case of a divorce). The fact that she managed to see and take care of items what we did not know impressed us. It also shows her skills to assess the clients needs and the dedication to the clients cause.
