Sarah, We are sorry you felt this way. We pulled back the carpet to be sure the moisture probe inspection didn't miss any other areas your puppy urinated on. As we explained to you, we take all of the necessary steps to insure our incoming tenants will not be moving into a unit with hidden urine in the subfloor, causing odor and discomfort during their lease. Inspecting the carpet upon move-out has been our protocol for years and your carpet was inspected prior to your move-in as well.

Townhomes are nice, gym is on the small side but hardly anyone uses it so most likely you'll have it to yourself. If you have any pets though, don't even think about moving here. You'll be charged to replace the entire carpet whether your animal had an accident or not. Don't try to battle them on it either unless you want to go to court. My dog never went to the bathroom inside, yet I was blamed for spots found underneath the carpet. This was after the carpet had been probed and only one spot was found, they still felt the need to pull back the entire carpet. I was never provided proof, even when I asked for it, that I moved in with brand new carpet so most likely it was the previous tenants, but I had to suffer the consequences and pay for replacing the carpet. Their "attorneys" looked over my claim and still stood by their stance...I'd hope my attorney would have stood by my stance too or else I'd be getting a new attorney. *In response to their response - I had asked for proof that my carpet was new upon my arrival and was never given a response or proof/documentation of new carpet. Had that been provided then I would have accepted the charges; however it is unfair that they didn't provide documentation and I still had to pay.
Hello Ayden, It is unfortunate to read this review considering we found someone to take over your lease so you could move into the complex where you work. You then didn't move-out when your signed sublease form stated you would, leaving us in a bind to both move out your belongings and then clean the entire apartment before the next resident took occupancy. We understand you are frustrated by the cleaning costs charged to you, but we actually paid an additional $115.00 to our cleaners on top of what you were charged in order to have the apartment up to our standards. The cleaning charges are fair and so are our rental rates, which are clearly noted and agreed upon when a contract is signed. Also, the photos of the fitness center and pool are on the website, so tenants know what to expect before signing a lease.

Terrible Management that is just working to take your money. Pool/gym is small, move out charges are insane and very overpriced unit. Definitely would recommend staying away!
Thank you for the review Whitney! We appreciate you being a wonderful tenant!

I had a Wonderful experience living in this community while in Lawrence. Management is absolutely amazing and everyone communicates well. Maintenance requests are speedy and the grounds are well maintained. Highly recommend!
How is it allowed in front of the clubhouse that a person who doesn't doesn't live here but comes here multiple times a day (gym rat) and has firefighter plates parks in the handicapped parking and blocks it for others. She does this Multiple times a week for the last few months. The office only cares about money, not doing the right thing.
