service managers and process by which they go about their business is a joke. Very poor customer satisfaction

I give this dealer a big fat 0. They do not stand behind there service dept. I purchased a 2014 jeep Wrangler unlimited from a private seller. As part of our arrangement the seller had to have some repairs done at global automall. The main item was the water pump. The dealer replaced the pump pump never primed the pump. Resulting in now bad head gasket. They refuse to stand by there work stating because it was worked on before they did the replacement they are not responsible. Excuse me but you replaced the water pump was proven by my garage pump was not primed and no water was returning from the water pump to the radiator causing now bad head gaskets. Stay away from this dealership. I will be getting it fixed at another dealership and contacting my lawyer.

My husband and I showed up 2 hours before closing on a Saturday night in the pouring rain...rode around the parking lot and looked at some cars. We went there knowing it was okay to drive out of there without a new car. We knew we had a specific number for a monthly car payment in mind. Decided to go inside and we were greeted by ELVIO ESTEBAN. The reason why I put that in all caps is because that is the salesman you need to ask for I kid you not!!! He was so patient so pleasant so welcoming it was like we had a friend! Test drove a few cars and ask for his opinion and expertise on them. Noticed it was getting close to closing time. We never once felt rushed or any kind of urgency to move it along. ELVIO didn't care if he was the last one out of the building he was going to help us get what we wanted and get our monthly payment to the number we requested. When we finally decided which car we wanted to purchase he told us he would have us out of there at 8:30 p.m.. longer story short we got the car we wanted we got the car payment we requested and we literally pulled out of the parking lot at 8:31 p.m.!!! Just a pleasant experience all around can't even believe how fast and efficient it was! It goes to show you that a car dealership can really make their customers happy if they WANT to!!! No joking around I am a real person I implore you to get in touch with me and I will tell you it is all true! ELVIO even message does the next day which happens to be today Mother's Day to wish me a Happy Mother's Day and said that my husband and I were a great couple! If you're in the market for purchasing a car please go to global Auto Mall on route 22 and only ask for ELVIO ESTEBAN!!!!

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPT!!! I bought my used car at this location 5 years ago and I was getting my maintenance service done there as well until now. They now give bogus complimentary maintenance service inspections. Years prior the customer would receive a report of how your vehicle is doing ie. battery life, tire tread, brake pad inspection etc. Apparently you only get this report if something is wrong. Not an authentic multi-point maintenance inspection report. Or maybe they skipped the complimentary inspection totally and they gave me that lame excuse. Either way you lost a customer. Thanks for sending an employee who has been there for 2 months to explain your lack luster customer car care.
