I ordered a t-shirt for my husband. When it arrived it had a hole in it and after I washed it (in cold water and rack dried), it shrunk. I notified Too Cool and they replaced ASAP. I did order one size larger. I washed it (again in cold water and rack dried) and it fits my husband perfectly. Thank you Too Cool for the great service!
