I do not recommend this gym to anyone. I signed up under my sisters account under a family account. The gym had all of my sistser billing information because it was initially her account. When my sister closed her account due to covid, my "account" never closed and I was being charged and put into collections. How did they get my information? All I did was give them my address and phone number. Never a social or any other personal information. I refused to pay so they called me months later to "take me out of collections". What I had to do was put down $20 and my debt would be forgiven if I sign back up for 29.99 a month. Its only been 2 weeks and I am already being charged for 79.99?? I am not understanding. Am I missing something????? They can never get my business again.

Sam, Breanna, Alex were very helpful in getting me back on track with a regiment that is tailored to my actual fitness goals. I was focusing on the wrong muscles and equipment but Breanna pushed through my anxiety and Sam helped me to understand that everyone can use some pointers feon a knowledgeable trainer. Alex was supportive in helping understand ways to add greens to my diet.

It would help if WOW sends out text message broadcast when opening hours are affected by weather. Good facility for cardio and lifting weights. Helps to go early in the morning when there are less people. Open 24/7 (except certain holidays). Reasonably priced.
