My parents had a contractor from this company come out to perform a quote for a kitchen redesign. Didnt let my mother actually ask any questions about it and got sidetracked with an hour long spiel about politics. Seems highly unprofessional.

Disappointing experience. Kitchen finish was lacking attention to detail. The plasterer they used left things filthy, incomplete job, box of rubbish still not collected weeks later and swore at the top of his voice whilst I was conducting business from home. We are correcting the remaining fixes because getting anything done after our money was taken seemed impossible. One employee tried his best after our project manager quit but clearly his workload was unrealistic. A massive investment for us and to have things not finished off properly its very poor on behalf of the company.

Great showroom staff and design/Sales Team 5 stars to them. Worst business I have ever dealt with professionally or personally in terms of communication, follow up and rectification of poorly manufactured high end pollytec product. 2 months over due on completion, 8 additional rectification days and lost wages to suit, and still not complete. Those of you wanting to spend your hard earned money on something nice for your home and family?.. A Kitchen Connection kitchen should not be in your top 100 list as you will be bitterly disappointed.
