NPS were making custom boots for me as a designer. It took forever to hear back from them and they kept pricing up the cost of samples. After several tries the samples still did not meet spec. and they got simple things like the colour I'd asked for in my emails wrong. Waste of my time and money!!!

Bought some boots. One side had more eyelet holes than the other so sent an email and got no reply so emailed again and still nothing. I shall not be buying these boots again.
