we requested a miss utility visit on March 17th, 2021. it is now April 5 and Miss utility will not tell us any progress. They claim a Covid related delay, but there is absolutely no reason why a 48 to 72 hour response time gets delayed 19 days. Clearly, Miss utility is ducking its responsibilities. Typical Bureaucratic excuses!!!!!!!!!

Horrible!!! I have several jobs in Howard County that have not been marked in over a month. keep calling and emailing - nothing!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Just lost a large job yesterday. Customer thinks I'm lying to them about Utili-Quests ineptitude. No one to turn to. UNBELEIVABLE!!!!
