I was not at all impressed with these shirts or the company period. We payed a rush fee to guarantee the shirts come in on time and they ended up coming in late. Luckily we were able to get our money back from the rush fee, but this was hard because the company is non-responsive and not exactly the friendliest. When the shirts finally came in, they came in two different colors. When I brought it up to the lady, she argued that comfort colors are hand-dyed and will look different on camera, when this isnt true at all since one color you can clearly tell is light gray and the other is navy blue. Horrible customer service and Im not at all impressed. Wont be using this company again.

I ordered a sweatshirt through our college alumni group. I received the sweatshirt from TGI Greek Tulsa and the white screen print was yellowed upon opening the package. It looked to be burnt. I immediately contacted TGI Greek Tulsa and spoke with Maddie. She asked that I text her a photo to show to her production crew. I sent her a photo same day(3-15-22). She replied that she would check on the issue and reconnect soon after checking with her manager. Two weeks later I had not heard back, so I called and left a voicemail with Maddie. I did not receive a call back. Six weeks later and I call TGI Greek Tulsa again to try and get an update. I left a voicemail on the main voicemail explaining the situation and asked for a call back. Still no call back, unfortunately (3-27-22). I wish the yellowing issue would have been corrected with a new order, but I guess with the lack of returned calls I am to expect no correction to this mistake. Disappointing. Update- 3/28/22 After leaving my Google review on 3/27 I received an email apology from Maddie for not communicating a refund received on 4/11 or ever returning my phone calls. However, I didnt ask for a refund and that is why I wasnt looking for one in my account. Honestly all I was asking for was a new sweatshirt that wasnt yellowed that I could proudly wear and represent my college. Never receiving a single returned call after the well look into it and get back to you avoided the opportunity to truly address the issue. Still have not received a call, but I guess the review prompted at least an emailed response. Bummed with the overall experience, but life will go on.

TGI Greek is the greatest custom greek apparel company on both sides of the Mississippi. I contacted them telling them exactly what I wanted and got an email with a draw up and it looked fantastic let me tell ya. We had a Luau themed rush week and the shirts were such a huge hit all the sorority girls on campus wanted one. Umm hello free publicity for us am I right. Do yourself and your chapter a favor and order through TGI Greek seriously, you can thank me later.

TGI Greek's staff is phenomenal and made my t-shirt order a breeze! Their artists create the trendiest and best designs for any occasion that are sure to please a crowd. You can also throw out an idea you have and they will customize it and make it 10 times better than you could imagine! Not only did I feel satisfied with my ordering process, but I also felt very content with the shipping and delivery. My chapter's t-shirt order came on the day TGI said it would, and each shirt came prepackaged with each woman's name and size. TGI made my job so easy, and I will use them for any promotional item order I need in the future! Plus, I love knowing I am supporting a local business who designs and prints their shirts right in Tulsa, OK.

I have been working with TGI greek for the past year with decently sized tshirt orders. They have continuously been extremely lacking in communication skills, which has caused delayed orders and rush fees which they have expected me to pay. The tshirt printing itself is high quality but we will no longer be working with them due to staff that doesn't seem to know what is going on. It has been very frustrating working with them.
