I would give zero stars but it don't let you I paid 180 for a washing machine and it kept turning off after 10 mins so they changed it and from October til now April so 6 months and the concrete block has come out so when I inspected it there was only 2 proper bolts and one was a snapped bolt all the bits they screw into were all worn away so now it's no good AVOID AT ALL COSTS go elsewhere

Poor service. Booked a fridge freezer repair visit, but they did not arrive at agreed time. I called again and was advised that I was on the list and they would definitely come. No visit and no call to cancel or reschedule. I called next day, received an apology and another promise to visit that day. Waited in again and they did not attend nor did they respond to my calls or voicemail message. Im still waiting....poor!
