Zaid your review is both dissapointing and innacurate on so many fronts, as we have indeed explained to you personally, yet you persisted with the review. We thoroughly explained each of your claims to you, the delay in completing your fitting after the initial delay (through no fault of ours, which again we fully explained to many times over) was one working day not days as you claimed. Zaid, you were fully satisfiedd with us when you used us on the first occasion, hence why you returned to us, but did'nt feel out of balance to post a positive review at that time. However, your negative response on this occasion fully demonstartes the flaw and inconsistency of how reviewers react to situations that are beyond the control of a business that busts a gut to serve our customers, as we have been doing so well for the last 25 years. The whole reason you posted the negative review was because we refused your demand for a further discount ( on top of a discount we already allowed for) in the first instance when we agreed the second order (hence your regrettable use of the words "premuim prices". Which is both unfair and false. we charge a fair price for top A grade products and service. we have overheads and staff costs to cover too. Therafter you demanded compensation for the one working day delay which we again fully explined to you was no fault of oursleves, so then why you posted the negative review. I and my son called you once more thereafter to fully once more explain, but you felt because you have the power to type out a negative responce you did so, but you didn't reflect how that would make the business who has served you so well before and busted a gut to serve you once more would feel when they read that review nor how it would impact their business which they have so diligently strived to grow over 25 years. Was disappointed with the service on this second occasion and final occasion .. Had a bit of a runaround with both Mohammed and Usman trying to locate a fitter after a month of placing my order and carpet being in shop for over a week. Spoke with Sadiq as well . Days missed and no compensation, waiting for a fitter who never arrived, not the type of service I expect when paying premium rates.

Very friendly and experience staff . Nice showroom and they have two big warehouse were you can see rolls of carpets and vynls. I saw carpet cut pieces in the warehouse they were cheap. Got good quality and variety of rugs . I had very good experience with them will recommend them.
Sam whoever's you are, we notice every single review you have left is 1 star and the wording on each of your reviews for other business seems to be almost identical.
