I am very disappointed with the customer service skills of the Honduran Embassy its literally impossible to make an appointment with them. Fist of all the appointment website never works for me, second of all the phone number that appears in the internet is out of service and lastly I have gone in person to the embassy twice and I have been turned back because I dont have an appointment scheduled meaning that they dont do walk-ins. I just want to renew my passport thats all. Its like a nightmare
