After two years they sent an order to a collection agency before reaching out to the client. Uped the order with bogus charges as well from the quote given to the client . They also shipped and fullfilled the order with out processing payment and are now using a collection agency to get the money for the order that was completed in 2016. Never once contacting the client for payment or giving a final notice to the client . Bogus operations . Someone dropped the ball in your court and trying to push the blame on ours .

We've used this shop for 5+ years now, and been incredibly impressed year after year.
