Hello! So sorry you did not have a good experience. We do not have a seamstress in the store but we are able to have things sewn on. Our main focus is custom printing. We did move our store to Neola, Iowa back on December 1st, but I see you are just reviewing our store now. I am not sure that the items that you mentioned warrant a 2 star review but I will try to improve from your input. Thanks!

My daughter & I headed to this store to have some business patches put on some T-shirts. The price was to expensive, it couldn't be done on the spot, the business was going to move to a small town location at the end of the week.

SO SO rude!!!!!! I've frequented them, but have always hated giving them business because they act like their customers are inconveniences and are extremely unhelpful. They try to hurry you along, even when you're their only customer. Considering they're just trying to hold on to their business, you think they'd be more appreciative of customers. I fight the urge to ask if they understand how rude they come off. I am over them. I've had the same experiences over and over again. My friends feel the same and my family is sick of hearing about the same issue coming up. We're done with the business.
