Positive: The elevators didnÂt work and seniors had to climb 3 or more flights of stairs- When the elevators finally worked there was no notification of it working and they were always packed with people during COVID Negative: See above - expensive valet parking

I have to say. After reading the reviews I was scared. First, always go with your 1st mind. This hotel was awesome! Everyone was extremely nice. So welcoming. Very convenient to the beach. Our room was very clean. Bed linens were super clean and fresh daily. Bell boy (Santiago and others) were great. Anything we asked for it was done. The hotel smells amazing! Oh did I mention the pool is lightly heated. Bathroom was smaller than I'm use too but it's a boutique hotel. Like most. Definitely will stay again! Hunt. Bring your own food and drinks to the beach. We purchased all our liquor and brought to the beach. Much cheaper. Love the hotels! There is a $100 a day deposit which sucked!! Although you do get it back, it's an inconvenience.

Didn't stay here... But I visited and.... Awesome!!! Beautiful and comfortable!!! AND THE SPA!!!!! YES YES YES!!! Beyond rejuvenating! 9.7 out of 10. (Only reason I don't give a 10 is it's a tad pricey) but WORTH THE COST OF YOU GOT IT! I had a man named Victor... I recommend if you are a man with a fair amount of muscle.... ( not to sound Sexist in any way..... However a lot of women have a hard time getting deep into the muscle to work the knots out on a fairly muscular individual as well as their sometimes just not physically big enough apply the proper pressure for certain muscle groups)..

This hotel's service is the worst!! The reception was very unfriendly and asked for more charges than when booking without any explanation. Also, the man who works on the beach racist me as an Asian. In the process of checking my room number, I said my name several times, but he got angry saying he couldn't find my name. In addition, when I was at the beach, he suddenly shook the umbrella I borrowed and left without saying anything. I felt so bad and scared of his aggressive behavior. This hotel is a hotel that I don't want to go again because of the worst service.
